Our fall seasonal, the Harvester's Roast, is back and better than ever as a coffee with a layered profile sourced from Sumatra. Before making it's way over to the US, this coffee underwent the unique wet hulled process. As a medium roast, we found that this coffee freshly brewed exhibited notes of tobacco, smoky cedar, dark chocolate, and burnt sugar sweetness. As it lingers, cinnamon and spice notes carry through the afternoon taste, while a refreshing green apple brightness emerges about five minutes off the brew. Expect mild acidity with this brew, and a subtle toasted marshmallow aftertaste that creates an autumn-inspired finish.
You have multiplied the nation;
you have increased its joy;
they rejoice before you
as with joy at the harvest,
as they are glad when they divide the spoil.
~Isaiah 9:3~
