Can I get my coffee pre-ground?

Yes, there is an option to have it shipped whole bean or pre-ground on each product page.

Can I adjust my shipping address or cancel my order after it has been placed?

If you notice that you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order after it has been placed, contact us ASAP at kosmossupport@gmail.com with your order number and correct shipping address. We will do our best to make adjustments as needed if the order has not been shipped out yet. 

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us at kosmossupport@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged/incorrect product and your order number. We will then send you a replacement or correct item. 

What roast level are your coffees?

We have a blend for each roast level: light, medium, and dark. Each product will show what roast it is on its product page.
