Kosmos Coffee Company is a local coffee roaster to Gallatin, TN. 

Zach is the founder of Kosmos Coffee Company. Three things he loves: his beautiful wife Emily, a good book about theology, and a fine-roasted-then-well-brewed cup of coffee. His love for coffee began in college with a need for caffeine to keep up with long study-nights. This gave rise to an ever-growing infatuation with different brewing methods to create a fine-tasting cup of coffee. Next, was a desire to learn the ways of roasting green coffee, and a desire to share good-quality blends with the rest of the world.
