Celebrate the joy of Christmas this year with our returning seasonal, the Kara Roast. Sourced from the Cauca region in Western Colombia, this coffee brews a nice smooth, and pleasant tasting cup. When brewing this one, we noticed tasting notes of apple pie, sugar plum, and pecans. This is a very drinkable coffee with a full-bodied mouthfeel to it. We decided to take this one to a heavy medium roast with the flavor profile of this coffee really shining here.
