This light roasted coffee sourced from Costa Rica is one of our more versatile coffees. We've tested it as a good fit for espresso-based drinks that can also be enjoyed just as much as a drip coffee. As an espresso, there's a nice balanced mix of fruit flavors and sweet sugars. Brewed for drip coffee, we found that it leaned slightly more on the fruit side with a lot of berry-like flavors coming through. The sweet sugary flavors were also still prominent in each sip. Overall we were really happy with this roast and recommend it for any type of brewing tool! For this natural processed coffee we highlighted tasting notes of Blackberry, Honeysuckle, and Butterscotch.
